Our oil

OUR OIL PRODUCTION IS GIVEN EXCLUSIVELY BY THE MILLING OF THE VARIETIES OF OLIVES THAT SURROUND OUR VINEYARDS.
HARVESTED, WITH THE USE OF PNEUMATIC HARVESTERS, AS SOON AS THEY DARKEN, THEY ARE MILLED AT THE END OF THE DAY.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Soil type: white limestone matrix, with medium dough texture
Altitude and location: 40-60 metres o.s.l. with slight slopes that look at the Mediterranean sea from which they receive the fresh morning breezes
Place of production: c.da Coste Fredde, municipality of Noto
Cultivar: Verdese, Nocellare e Biancolilla
Colour: deep green
Olfactory and gustatory sensations: medium fruity, it manifests a marked olfactory note of green tomato and freshly mown grass; the olfactory notes are confirmed to the taste, in addition to a moderate bitter and spicy sensation, overall very fresh and pleasant.

Available in 3 or 5 liter bag in box and 0.5 liter bottle.
