1) BALATA

The label from which the history of our cellar began. A red, a white and a rosé whose simplicity has been the key to the success they continue to have.

Includes:

Guided tour of the vineyards and cellar

+ Tasting of 3 I.G.P. labels Terre Sicilian

+ bread with oil of our own production and oregano from Ispica, Pachino cherry tomato salad, mozzarella, bread croutons with Pachino tomato capuliato, bread croutons with sweet and sour caponata, bread croutons with olive patè, fried legumes.

2) A FREE CHOICE

Visiting a winery, there are many things that can arouse our interest in a particular wine: the design of a label, the explanation of a particular winemaking process, or even the cultivar itself with its history and the soil in which it is grown. In some cases, perhaps, a free choice is the best solution.

Guided tour of the vineyards and cellar
+ Tasting of 4 labels of your choice
+APERTITIF: bread with oil of our own production, Pachino cherry tomato salad, mozzarella, bread croutons  with Pachino cherry capuliato,  bread croutons with sweet and sour caponata, bread croutons with olive patè, fried legumes, semi-matured Ragusano Caciocavallo ( Cow cheese), peppered aged Pecorino Modicano ( sheep cheese), 4 cured meats and breadsticks. To conclude, typical Sicilian dessert to choose between: Ricotta cannolo  or ice cream

3) PICNIC BETWEEN VINEYARDS AND OLIVE TREES

In today’s hectic life, where “DOING” represents the daily urgency characterized by commitments, deadlines and various chores, moments of tranquility have become precious. We invite you to “DO NOT”, among our vines and olive trees, relaxing yourselves with a good bottle of wine for as long as you want.

Upon arrival you will receive a picnic basket containing:

– 1 bottle of wine of your choice
– 3 sandwiches: one with omelette, one with chicken cutlet, one with mackerel or tuna (based on availability)
– 2 hard-boiled eggs
– 2 seasonal fruits
– 1 mineral water
– Pachino cherry tomato IGP
– Potato clouds

To conclude, a typical Sicilian dessert to choose from:  ice cream or  Ricotta cannolo (depending on availability and season).
You will be accompanied to the place dedicated to you where you can use a table and chairs or the classic picnic blanket.

NB: Does NOT include a guided tour of the winery, The baskets and everything needed for the picnic can be collected upon arrival at the company at the point of sale, Table service is not provided.

CHILDREN’S PICNIC MENU

Upon arrival, a baby basket will be delivered containing:

– 1 bottle of fruit juice

4) LUNCH IN THE WINERY

This proposal was created to accompany the discovery of 4 of our wines with a lunch that tells the story of the aromas and flavors of our territory.

Includes:

Guided tour of the vineyards and cellar
+ Tasting of 4 labels of your choice
+APERTITIF: bread with oil of our own production, Pachino cherry tomato salad, mozzarella, bread croutons with Pachino cherry capuliato, bread croutons with sweet and sour caponata, bread croutons with olive patè, fried legumes, semi-matured Ragusano Caciocavallo ( cow cheese), peppered aged Pecorino Modicano (sheep cheese), 4 cured meats and breadsticks.

+ YOUR CHOICE OF A FIRST OR A SECOND BETWEEN FIRST:

Pasta  (Cavatelli) alla Norma with salted ricotta

Pasta (caserecce) with ” Pesto alla Siciliana”

Meatballs MA’ RAZIA: Meatballs, potato meatballs and bread meatballs accompanied by Pachino cherry tomato and onion salad

shreds of veal meat cooked with Nero D’Avola Wine  accompanied by a Pachino cherry tomato and onion salad.

To conclude, typical Sicilian dessert to choose between: Ricotta cannolo  or ice cream

NB: It is possible to carry out the tasting both inside the structure and under the olive tree overlooking the vineyards

5) WINE TASTING WITH A LA CARTE MENU

NB: does not include a guided tour of the cellar,
