2024 tasting proposals
1) BALATA
The label from which the history of our cellar began.
A red, a white and a rosé whose simplicity has been the key to the success they continue to have.
It includes:
Guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar
Tasting of 3 I.G.P. labels Terre Siciliane of the Balata Line accompanied by: bread with oil of our production and Ispica oregano, crusty bread with sweet and sour caponata, crusty bread with cherry capuliato, skewers with Pachino cherry and mozzarella, olives and almonds.

2) A FREE CHOICE
Visiting a cellar, there are many things that may arouse our interest in a particular wine: the design of a label, the explanation of a particular winemaking process, or the same cultivar with its history and the soil in which it is found. In some cases, perhaps, a free choice is the best solution.
It includes:
Guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar
+ Tasting of 4 labels of your choice accompanied by: bread with oil of our production and Ispica oregano, crusty bread with sweet and sour caponata, crusty bread with cherry capuliato, skewers with Pachino cherry and mozzarella, olives, almonds and finally Sicilian Cannolo with ricotta.

3) OUR REDS
The Val di Noto is the cradle of Nero d’Avola.
A red wine of ancient origins with a history that has its roots in the distant past, but that only thanks to modern technologies has it been able to show its true potential. This inimitable wine takes its structure from the calcareous soil on which our vineyards rest and its high degree from our sun and the warm Mediterranean climate.
We vinify it in three different ways, each respectful of its original character.
It includes:
Guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar
+ Tasting of 3 Nero d’Avola labels, Doc Noto e Doc Eloro accompanied by: bread with oil of our production and Ispica oregano,crusty bread with sweet and sour caponata, crusty bread with cherry capuliato, skewers with Pachino cherry and mozzarella, olives and almonds.

4) OUR WHITES
A particular climate like ours has ensured that our winegrowers ancestors selected the most suitable varieties, capable of expressing their characteristics with the warm climate and the modest rains of our island.
The same varieties that we are still proud to cultivate and pass on 4 km from the Mediterranean Sea, our Grillo, Moscato di Noto e Albanello, with marked minerality combined with intense aromas of flowers and ripe fruit.
Together with our important native varieties there is also Chardonnay, which has found excellent compatibility in our territory.
It includes:
Guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar
+ Tasting of 3 labels: Acheta (Grillo Doc Sicilia) – Liame (Chardonnay/Moscato I.G.P. Terre Siciliane) – Balata (I.G.P. Terre Siciliane) accompanied by: bread with oil of our production and oregano from Ispica, crusty bread with sweet and sour caponata, crusty bread with cherry capuliato, skewers with cherry tomatoes from Pachino and mozzarella, olives and almonds.

5 ) PICNIC BETWEEN VINEYARDS AND OLIVE TREES
In today’s hectic life where “DOING” represents the daily urgency characterized by commitments, deadlines and various chores, moments of tranquillity have become precious.
We invite you here to “NOT DO” among our vines and olive trees, to relax with a good bottle of wine for as long as you wish.
DOES NOT INCLUDE THE GUIDED TOUR OF THE CELLAR!
Upon arrival, a basket for 2 people will be delivered containing:
– 1 bottle of wine of your choice
– 2 sandwiches with omelette or chicken cutlet or mackerel(P.S. specify the type of sandwichin the contact form below, in the notes section)
– cherry tomatoes
– – 2 boiled eggs
– Olives
– 2 fruits
– 2 ricotta cannoli
– 1 bottle of water
You will be accompanied to the place dedicated to you where you can take advantage of the table and chairs or the classic picnic blanket.

5) CHILDREN’S PIC NIC MENU
Upon arrival, a baby basket will be delivered containing:
– 1 bottle of fruit juice of your choice between pear or peach (please specify the requested option)
– 1 sandwich with omelette or chicken cutlet or mackerel, (N.B. specificare il type of sandwichin the contact form below, in the notes section)
– cherry tomatoes
– – 1 boiled egg
– Olives
– 1 fruit
– 1 ricotta cannoli
– 1 bottle of water
