From the Arabic “Blata”, the Balata is a stone slab. This is the type of soil that characterizes our vineyards: a reduced superficial layer of arable land with a limestone matrix and an underlying rocky layer, in jargon called “Balata”, of a white color with a limestone matrix.

In the basement:
